Specialized LiquiTech Engineers will work together with your water management team in order to provide facilities with a facility specific Water Management Plan. Our Engineering Team will conduct remote surveys with your water management team members to document your water system(s) and evaluate the risks associated with your water system(s). This will allow our Engineering Team to maximize the efficient use of your team’s time to complete a thorough assessment of your water system(s), generate pictorial documentation, and investigate potential amplification sites and transmission sources of Legionella in order to minimize exposures of risk. LiquiTech will provide a practicable and actionable Water Management Plan to facilitate your Water Management Program.
Constructing a Water Management Plan alone does not ensure the safety of a facility – it is the trained professionals and their partners’ educated monitoring that provides CMS-complaint success and security,”

LiquiTech will provide a minimum of 10 Water Tests to routinely assess risk at vulnerable use points.
Water tests are performed as a proactive measure, and their primary purpose is to assess water sources to determine if current control methods and maintenance efforts are effective at preventing Legionella amplification. Routine water testing also serves as validation of a facility’s Water Management Program. The 10 Water Tests only applies to 100 bed or less facilities, and custom programs may be developed for larger facilities outside that range
Specialized LiquiTech Engineers will review in-progress or completed Water Management Plans and supporting documents to ensure compliance with the latest guidelines and directives established by agencies, such as CDC, ASHRAE, AIHA, and NSF.
